Preferred Background
Classroom aide, nanny, tutor, or camp counselor experience
Familiarity with behavior modification strategies
Comfortable assisting students with varying abilities
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Consistent punctuality and professionalism
Core Responsibilities
Support instructional goals as outlined by classroom instructors
Provide focus prompts, visual cues, or verbal encouragement
Assist during transitions, recess, and group activities
Document observations when requested
Encourage independence while offering appropriate support

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $48.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
