Plant Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Lead, train, and develop your shift team to meet daily production goals. Perform and oversee quality checks on all smart containers entering and exiting the facility. Deliver regular quality assurance training and maintain compliance with key operational metrics. Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies with practical, hands-on solutions. Oversee stock control, inventory, and ordering processes, reporting to Plant Management. Lead or support projects as directed by Plant or Senior Managers. Monitor and maintain plant equipment; complete minor repairs and coordinate preventive maintenance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as process flow mapping, time-in-motion studies, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with regulatory, ISO, AQIS, and OSHA standards. Promote a strong culture of safety and accountability through regular training and housekeeping. Maintain clear communication across teams and departments using Daniels' internal platforms. Manage resources effectively including headcount, scheduling, and budgets. Support annual performance reviews and encourage a customer-service-oriented team culture.
3+ years of leadership experience in a plant, warehouse, or similar operational setting. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. Familiarity with OSHA and related safety regulations. Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements. Strong communication skills with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. Ability to motivate, coach, and work effectively with diverse teams. Physically capable of performing job requirements, including : lifting up to 55 pounds and pushing / pulling carts.
