Job Summary

Providesmedical care to associates,conducts screenings, promoteswellness, and performssafety and healthfunctions.Helpspromoteandmaintainteammemberhealth.Maintainsaweeklypresenceonthe production floor.

Key Responsibilities

Promotesandscheduleswellnessactivities,includingparticipationinHealthFairsandShift Safety meetings. Supports Safety & Health goals.

Treatsteammemberinjuries / incidentsperoccupationalhealthdirectivesandscopeofpractice. Monitors work related injuries and ensures team members are seen at a minimum of once per week or per directives.

Contactscompanyphysiciansasnecessary(i.e.,restrictionclarification,afterhouremergencies,

etc.).

Assistswithtrendanalysistoidentifyopportunitiesforimproving

safety.

SchedulesCPR / firstaidtrainingandHazMat

physicals.

ConductsDrugandAlcoholtests,audiometrictests,andvariousotherwellness

tests.

Administersreturn-to-workprogramandManagementAccountability

program.

Ensuresallnecessarymedicalsuppliesareavailableandinworkingorder.Regularlychecksand maintains medical equipment.

Maymaintainsafetydatasheet

books.

Completesallmedicaldocumentationanddataentryincludingpatientcare

reports.

Assistswithnewhireorientationandconductsnewhirechecks

daily.

ServesasaVoluntaryProtectionProgramteam

member.

Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience)

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

EMT Certification
