Job descriptionTemp-to-Hire position $18.00 to $20.00 / hour Part Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday) Corrective Actions : Processes implemented to identify, correct, and prevent recurrence of nonconformities or process issues. Focuses on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Quality System : An organized framework of procedures, processes, and responsibilities that ensure products or services consistently meet quality requirements. Often aligned with ISO 9001 standards. Audits : Systematic, independent examinations of processes and records to determine whether quality activities comply with planned arrangements and effective implementation. ISO Basis (ISO 9001 Foundation) : International standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Emphasizes customer satisfaction, process improvement, and evidence-based decision making. Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagram : A root cause analysis tool used to visually identify and categorize potential causes of problems under categories such as Methods, Materials, Machines, Manpower, Measurement, and Environment. Quality background preferred, especially with ISO standards and quality system procedures This is a great opportunity for someone with a quality or manufacturing background who’s looking for flexible part-time hours.
