GENERAL MANAGER

Restaurant Manager

Responsible for managing the overall operations of a Qdoba restaurant. Uses discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for living the Brand values and helping the brand thrive. Focuses on developing a people and guest-centric culture that consistently delivers excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key duties include : maintaining fast, accurate service, providing excellent customer service, training, developing, coaching, and evaluating employee performance; maximizing store sales goals versus budget, overseeing and partnering on increasing catering sales, training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures, working with the leadership team to meet sales goals, managing food and labor costs, executing company policies and procedures, monitoring food inventory levels, managing and maintaining safe working conditions, managing employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduce turnover, focusing efforts on developing long term sales growth initiatives, responsible for the new hire life cycle, anticipating and identifying problems and initiating appropriate corrective action, ensuring continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, identifying and developing internal candidates for management and Shift Lead positions.

Qualifications : To remain compliant with state and federal laws, you must be at least 18 years old. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience : 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities : Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills; highly motivated and organized. Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior. Can take direction from individuals in higher-level positions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees. Must have a valid driver's license. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing approximately 10-50 lbs. Must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person. Must be able to operate a computer, i.e., desktop, tablet, etc.

Pay Range : $58,656 - $66,563 annually.

Please note : Pay range provided is inclusive of the local jurisdictional minimum wage for locations directly in Colorado. Starting pay rate will vary and is dependent on the location / position hired at.
