Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :

• Answer inbound phone calls, schedule customer appointments and respond to customers in timely manner
• Provide clerical support to staff when needed
• Process customer sales orders
• Type letters, memos and customer correspondence when needed
• Update customer information in various databases
• Follow up on customer requests, providing detailed notes in the system to track all work done pertaining to the customer
• Answer product and service questions
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
• Suggest information about other products and services
• Open customer accounts by recording account information
• Maintains customer records by updating account information
• Pull sample bags from warehouse and mail samples
