Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Actively communicate with existing and prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert advice.

Policy Customization : Collaborate with clients to create customized insurance plans that cater to individual requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.

Sales : Drive the sales process, continuously seeking potential opportunities to expand client portfolios and achieve set targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and maximize service efficiency.

Relationship Management : Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

Compliance : Stay informed about industry regulations, ensuring all client interactions and documentation comply with state and federal laws.

Requirements

Licensing : Valid Maryland Property & Casualty license.

Experience : At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-focused role is preferred.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Relations : Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service and foster strong relationships.

Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.

Self-Motivated : Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a hybrid setting.
