EssentialDuties and Responsibilities
Greetmembers, prospective members and guests, providing exceptionalcustomer service.
Handleall front desk related activities including :
Answerphones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety ofquestions.
Checkmembers into the system.
Newmember sign-up.
Takeprospective members on tours.
Facilitateneeded updates to member’s accounts.
Respondto member questions and concerns in a timely and professional mannerand elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
Assistin maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Qualifications / Requirements
Customerservice background preferred.
Basiccomputer proficiency.
Apassion for fitness and health.
Upbeatand positive attitude!
Punctualityand reliability is a must.
Exceptionalcustomer service skills; able to interact in a positive andprofessional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’sexpectations.
Stronglistener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
Demonstratediplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior andlanguage.
HighSchool diploma / GED equivalent required.
Mustbe 18 years of age or older.
PhysicalDemands
Continualstanding and walking during shift.
Continualtalking in person or on the phone during shift.
Mustbe able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Mustbe able to frequently bend, reach, and kneel in order to completecleaning tasks throughout the club.
Willoccasionally encounter cleaning chemicals during shift.
