The Opportunity

Our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments, and informatics systems is often the first step in patient care decision-making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.

Our Core Diagnostics team is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to provide leadership and technical expertise in support of new and existing products, processes, prototypes, fixtures, and tools. This role involves applying engineering and scientific principles to evaluate and solve technical challenges. The ideal candidate works independently with general supervision on moderately complex projects and assignments and may offer guidance to entry-level engineers. The engineer will play a key role in driving continuous quality improvement across all initiatives and be a technical lead for individua projects (component / subassembly).

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
