The Phillipsburg Housing Authority is looking for a highly motivated full-time entry-level Laborer. The candidate must have a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently. The Technician is responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance and repair tasks in areas of masonry, plastering, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, steam fitting, sheet metal, glazing, mechanical, or other types of maintenance work. Tasks would also involve related work as required to perform routine firing, maintenance, and repairing of low-pressure boilers and automatic heating systems in buildings. The candidates must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.
