Help patients overcome the cost barrier—become their healthcare advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage prior authorizations and appeal processes.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, providers, and support staff.
- Enroll patients in manufacturer copay and patient assistance programs.
- Provide education on affordable medication options and therapeutic alternatives.
- Active pharmacist license and experience with payer systems.
- Experience in specialty or managed care pharmacy is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
