Responsibilities :
- Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization
- Implement strategies for generating resources and / or revenues for the company
- Oversee company operations to ensure safety, quality, production efficiency, Cost-effective management of resources to ensure quality service provided at all times
- Enforce company operational standards, policies, and procedures
- Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions
- Evaluate the performance of managers and other staff for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives
- Meet regularly with the owner to review the operations and performance of the branch
- Interface with clients, negotiate contracts, and provide business development
- Provide servant leadership and commitment to the growth and development of our associates
- Provide contract administration oversight
- Hire and train sales and production staff
- Guide negotiations and closing contracts with sales staff
- Supervise production schedule, and production quality
- Maintain a good relationship with all partners
Position Requires
5-10 years previous Residential Roofing / construction, business operations management experienceAbility to communicate and negotiate in challenging situationsStrong skills in relationship building, presentation, and problem-solvingProfessional written and verbal communication with both internal and external clientsPrepare and present monthly KPI to ensure goals are being achievedConfer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or problemsMust be detailed oriented and ability to establish priorities and meet strict deadlinesAbility to manage and motivate othersAdvanced computer skills to include Microsoft, and ExcelMust be able to climb a ladder; may require lifting up to 50 lbsMust have a clean driving recordTravel required as neededCOMPENSATION / BENEFITS :
