Job Summary

The PLC / Instrumentation Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all programmable logic controllers (PLCs), instrumentation, and control systems within the brewery. This includes ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all process control equipment to support brewing, fermentation, and packaging operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Instrumentation and Control System Maintenance : Perform calibration, maintenance, and repair on a variety of process instruments including :

Conductivity probes : Endress+Hauser, Georg Fischer

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with PLC hardware and software.

Maintain and troubleshoot Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems.

Work on electrical systems including Motor Control Centers (MCCs) and 480V power distribution .

Diagnose and repair industrial communication networks, including Ethernet -based systems.
