A company is looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager, Customer Service Center, Digital Banking. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop teams within the Customer Service Center while maintaining high service standards and achieving KPIs Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback Foster interdepartmental relationships and assist in the development of future Customer Service Center strategies Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 5-7 years of consumer banking and call center experience required 5+ years of supervisory experience required for the Manager position; 10+ years for the Sr. Manager position Strong leadership skills and comfort with technology are essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and an understanding of call center processes are required
