Infosys is seeking a GCP Technical Support Representative (Platform)
Location : Phoenix, AZ, USA
Responsibilities
Handle support cases on GCP products, mainly Platform Shard. Work on cases and provide possible solutions to customers within SLA. Collaborate with customer teams, cloud architects, engineers and subject matter experts. Provide support in a 24 / 7 shift system.
