  • Experience : Minimum 12 years as an APP in an ICU setting
  • Other Qualifications : Proficiency with ICU procedures; case logs for credentialing

  • Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting
  • Collaborate with attending physicians on care planning and updates
  • Conduct patient assessments and implement interventions
  • Order entry and documentation in Cerner EMR
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and communicate findings
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary ICU rounds each shift
  • Perform central and arterial line insertions per credentialing requirements
