About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled SAGE Data Expert for an immediate, long-term temporary assignment. This role is fully onsite in Newport Beach and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environments. You will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and organizing data from multiple systems to create clear, actionable reporting for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract data from SAGE and other internal / homegrown systems—inventory, sales, accounting, WIP, and additional operational feeds.
• Analyze large data sets and translate findings into readable, management-ready reports.
• Create dashboards, pivot tables, macros, and other Excel-driven tools to streamline reporting.
• Organize and standardize data from disparate sources, including raw numbers and unstructured formats.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to data flow, process efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
• Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and performance insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, accounting, operations, and inventory.
