Your new role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M+. This is a full-cycle leadership rolefrom preconstruction through closeoutwhere you'll oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships.

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and logistics.
• Interpret and implement contract requirements.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and scope development.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and design documentation.
• Facilitate punch lists, building start-up, and commissioning.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Approve subcontractor and owner pay applications.
• Track and manage change orders.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and lead on-site meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance on all job sites.
• Identify and resolve project risks proactively.
• Maintain accurate documentation using construction management software.
