Job description

Route Driver - Direct Hire

A local distribution company in Faribault, MN, is seeking experienced direct hire non-CDL delivery route drivers to join their team on a direct hire basis. In this role, you'll deliver quality products throughout the Twin Cities and South Metro area while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate inventory. Location : Faribault, MN

Wage : $54,000 annually

Hours : Monday Friday, start times between 3 : 00 am 6 : 00 am

Duties of the non-CDL delivery route driver :

  • Operate a box truck safely, following all traffic laws
  • Pick up, load, and unload products at warehouse and delivery sites
  • Stock, clean, and maintain machines
  • Rotate out old products and gather inventory updates
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of goods, invoices, and cash
  • Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams
  • Deliver excellent service to customers throughout assigned route

    • Requirements of the non-CDL delivery route driver :

  • Valid driver's license and DOT medical card
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Prior experience driving box trucks is required
  • 3 5 years of delivery and merchandising experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb in / out of a truck regularly
  • Be dependable and able to work independently
  • Pass a background check
