In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals set for the territory.

Execute product demonstrations for clients at the correct sales stage in SFDC, maintaining a closed / won success rate of >

60%.

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

Coordinate sales activities within national, multi-site, laboratory accounts by interacting with other departments in the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer requirements, completing documentation of Solution Design with the key stakeholders to facilitate fast implementation of client orders.

Facilitate customer readiness by ensuring we have all required logistic and IT information to drive implementation of scanners within 45 days from receipt of purchase order.

Collaborate with service teams for customer equipment or workflow troubleshooting.

Complete client IT security documents and RFPs, using appropriate internal resources to gather information when needed.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environment Requirements

Ability to travel – travel overnight as necessary (estimated at 50%) for all pre- and post-sales activities, such as customer appointments, trade shows and customer training. Customer call activity will be a balance of existing customer accounts to expand our current base, meeting with active opportunities and prospecting for new opportunities in the assigned geography.

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, stand, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; balance, stoop, bend, talk and hear.

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

It would be a Plus if You Also Possess Previous Experience In

Analyzing situations, solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Strategic thinking / planning as well as tactical implementation.

Networking and diagramming IT solutions.
