This role serves as Quality Control support in our Commercial Lines Department. The individual will handle the processing of routine to complex transactions related to commercial lines insurance.
Position Summary : This role is designed to work with the CL Account Manager and CL Account Executive, focusing on review and follow-up of tasks for accuracy and completeness. It is primarily inward facing and adheres to our Corporate Standards of Excellence and procedural guidelines outlined in our Professional Procedure Manual.
Essential Job Functions :
- Review and process new business and renewal policy checking, endorsements, audits, and invoicing.
- Communicate with Account Managers or Executives regarding account concerns, renewal or audit increases, errors, etc.
- Coordinate with carriers / underwriters for policy corrections.
- Issue standard letters for policies, endorsements, or audits sent to clients, and handle document delivery.
- Maintain client files and document interactions in Sagitta & ImageRight.
- Attend mandatory training and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Fluency in MS Office.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.Teamwork skills.Willingness to learn about commercial lines insurance coverage, underwriting, and processing.High School diploma required; college degree preferred.Insurance or office experience preferred.Property / Casualty License or ability to obtain one within a designated timeframe.Additional Details :
