Relocation : Candidates must already live in or be willing to relocate to the DC / Suitland area (relocation support may be considered)
Compensation : $131,000 - $191,000 base salary

Position Summary
The TechELINT Analyst provides advanced-level technical electronic intelligence analysis directly supporting a Department of the Navy customer within the Office of Naval Intelligence. This mission-critical role focuses on pulse-level radar waveform analysis, P-Cubed assessments, and the production of serialized ELINT reporting used by U.S. and Allied warfighters around the world. The analyst will also collaborate with engineering teams to support next-generation EWIR modeling and Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) development for 5th-generation systems.
This position requires deep experience with specialized ELINT tools and the ability to perform complex TechELINT analysis on Day 1. Analysts operate fully embedded alongside government civilians, military personnel, and contractor teammates in a highly collaborative environment supporting real-time global operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced-level TechELINT analysis on complex radar waveforms across multiple systems
- Conduct pulse-level and P-Cubed (Power / Pattern / Polarization) analysis
- Produce serialized ELINT reports (ELT, ELS, GAR, SAR, IROD)
- Support next-generation EWIR modeling and Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) for 5th-generation systems
- Work multiple systems concurrently and execute quick-turn intelligence tasking
- Collaborate with EW engineers to integrate waveform analysis into EWIR models
- Brief government customers and provide technical recommendations
- Ensure database and reporting accuracy across systems
- Contribute to high-impact intelligence products used globally in operational environments
What You Bring
