We're looking for a Café Supervisor who's not only passionate about food and service but thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every guest interaction is a chance to make someone's day. As Café Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading our front-of-house team and creating an exceptional guest experience. You'll ensure smooth operations, foster a positive team culture, and bring energy and organization to each shift.

This is a full-time position that requires open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities :

• Leading and motivating the front-of-house team with a warm, professional presence.
• Overseeing daily operations and coordinating closely with the back-of-house (BOH) to ensure seamless service.
• Managing POS setup, programming, and performing cash handling duties.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, and guest service.
• Coaching team members, providing on-the-spot feedback, and leading ongoing training to ensure every team member feels confident and empowered.
• Supporting menu changes, product launches, and seasonal promotions with clear and timely communication.
• Championing a collaborative, upbeat atmosphere that reflects the Maison Lodi spirit.
