Job descriptionProcess accounts payable and maintain accurate records Perform general bookkeeping tasks Use HR software for payroll or employee record tasks Assist with HR-related administrative duties Ability to work cooperatively in a Team environment. Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively High school diploma required; college or office experience preferred In good physical and emotional health, suitable to provide for the emotional, intellectual, physical, and social needs of consumers with disabilities. Experience in bookkeeping / accounts payable Familiarity with HR software; HR experience a bonus Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Someone who doesn't mind scanning, some minor filing, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets.
