Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Shift : 40 Hours - 10 Hours Shift. Work Experience : In need of 2 PTs that will work Brookings, OR; will float to Gold Beach, OR if needed. Outpatient, Friday-Monday. We are specifically looking for PTs that with training can be self-sufficient on weekend shifts. BLS required License : Oregon license in required. Certifications : BLS / CPR Certification.
