Core Clinical Partners is seeking a BC / BE, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a supportive hospitalist team at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital , a 379-bed regional medical center serving western Kentucky and the surrounding tri-state area. Position Highlights :

• Hospital Size : 379-bed acute care facility
• Trauma Level : Level III Trauma Center
• Referral Reach : Western KY, Southern IL, Southeast MO, and Northwest TN
• Average Daily Census (ADC) : 14–15 ± 2
• ICU : Open ICU with a dedicated intensivist coverage
• Team Model :
• 3 Daytime Hospitalists
• 1 Intensivist
• 1 Dedicated Nocturnist
• 4 APPs : 3 Daytime + 1 Swing APP (1a - 1p)
• Shifts : 12-hour blocks (7A–7P and 7P–7A)
• EMR : Epic
• Employment Model : W-2 with full benefits
• Specialties & Services : Wide range of subspecialty support and technologies often found in larger metro hospitals
