Job descriptionManage projects with internal resources to meet NPI timelines Approve swatch benchmarks aligning with brand standards in partnership with testing resources Approve on-pack swatches and colorways to ensure brand consistency Ensure global compliance of all artwork Marketing : Update claims tables as required Project Management : Create project volume estimates for gate meetings Review forecast accuracy and ensure volumes meet MOQ standards Prepare CAM & GO meetings Participate in NPI meetings Set up new items as needed Coordinate with sales for inventory management
Job Title : Artwork Project Manager
Location : Darien, CT
Work schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Type : Contract
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have project management experience, understand artwork routing requirements, be financially savvy, and have knowledge of a CPG structure and cross-functional workflows. Being highly organized and detail-oriented is essential. Past salon or beauty industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Artwork :
Approve artwork (label changes / no new creative)
Create swatches for marketing and educational purposes
Manage IDH / Hint projects
