Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and adjust all types of equipment and building infrastructures.
• Correct mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other issues; report unresolved problems to the shift Team Lead.
• Recommend modifications to existing and new tooling, prototypes, and fixtures to improve quality.
• Maintain and support fixtures and equipment to ensure safety and quality.
• Follow documented procedures for MRO parts sign-out and removal.
• Adhere strictly to lockout / tagout procedures and safety rules.
• Keep the supervisor informed and communicate effectively to prevent misunderstandings.
• Promote a harassment-free work environment with fairness and non-discrimination.
• Comply with ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015, and IATF 16949 : 2016 policies.
