Experience with high-risk OB patientsCompetency in circulating for C-sections, recovery, triage, fetal monitoring, magnesium sulfate, Pitocin, and postpartum careRatios 1 : 1 to 1 : 3 depending on acuitySkills :Labor management (EFM, SVE, NSTs, triage, induction, augmentation, preterm labor, VBAC)
OB emergencies : hemorrhage, eclampsia, pre-eclampsia, malpresentation, multiples, uterine ruptureCirculate / scrub for C-sections, recovery, and immediate neonatal care (APGAR, resuscitation, thermoregulation)Postpartum and newborn couplet carePreferred
