Job descriptionAS or BS in Engineering or related field (BS preferred) 5+ years of CNC machining and process development experience Skilled in CNC programming, setup, and operation Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities Experience collaborating with engineering, production, and operators Attention to detail and commitment to high-precision manufacturing Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred
CNC Engineer Aerospace Components
This CNC engineer will :
- Lead and optimize hard turning CNC operations
- Perform CNC programming, setup, and operation
- Develop and implement new machining processes
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and operators to resolve technical issues
- Improve process efficiency, quality, and precision
- Provide guidance and training to team members as needed
