Requirements Independent Contractors Must Provide The Following:

• Valid Business License, LLC or Inc.
• Worker's Compensation Insurance.
• General Liability Insurance
• Federal EIN #.
• Verifiable references.
• 18 years of age minimum.
• Favorable background investigation results.
• You can NOT be a sole proprietor.
