Responsibilities

• Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions;
• Plan, structure and execute financing transactions in the public and private markets;
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling; perform industry and market research;
• Assist in preparation of company marketing and transaction materials; prepare client presentations; perform due diligence;
• Analyze financial statements, review and assess business plans, and manage day‑to‑day contact with clients and related parties;
• Advise corporations on mergers and acquisitions;
• Interact with clients during presentations and deal executions;

Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. At Wedbush, decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case‑by‑case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
