A precision manufacturing company in the Leander area is seeking an experienced Mastercam Programmer to join their skilled production team. This position will serve as the lead programmer and machinist, developing CNC programs, setting up machines, and ensuring the production of high-quality components for a variety of industries.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mastercam programming , CNC machining, and precision measurement tools, along with a strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Schedule : 7am – 4pm | Monday – Friday

Pay Rate : $35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and / or lathes to produce precision parts to exact specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in part production.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime and improve workflow.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to enhance processes and maintain standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.
