Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the health and well-being of our residents. In this full-time position, you will be instrumental in :

• Assisting the RN supervisor with communication to residents' attending physicians regarding changes in their health conditions.
• Implementing new admission and discharge orders, as well as ensuring safe and effective management of medication and treatment protocols.
• Keeping residents’ family members and surrogate decision-makers well-informed about any significant changes in condition, medications, or treatment plans.
• Obtaining informed consents and actively participating in the development of individualized resident care plans.
• Documenting all communications with physicians, residents, and family members accurately and promptly.
• Responding swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies with professionalism and calmness.
