What You'll Do

Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting

Lead payroll and compensation-related accounting, including benefits, taxes, and accruals

Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts with attention to detail

Manage the month-end close and deliver timely, accurate financial statements

Support internal controls and SOX compliance

Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic projects and with external auditors during audits

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

8+ years of progressive accounting experience

Proven experience in payroll, benefits, and fixed asset accounting is a major plus

A background in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable

Familiarity with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards

Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a growth-oriented environment
