Description :

Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Foreman to lead and oversee commercial plumbing installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll direct field crews, ensure work is performed to spec, and keep projects on track in terms of quality, safety, and schedule.

We’re looking for a natural leader who can motivate crews, communicate clearly with project managers, and take pride in delivering excellent work in a dynamic, team-driven environment. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can drive production, coordinate with project managers, and ensure high-quality installation on large-scale commercial projects across Florida.

Compensation : $27- $37 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Variable Shifts - Need Flexibility based on Project needs.

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction projects.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members.
Maintain safety standards and job site organization.
Travel across the state of Florida to support projects.

Requirements :

Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience , with at least 2 years in a leadership / foreman role .

Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation practices, and building codes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation .

Able to pass a background check and drug test.
