Location : Virginia

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hrs / week (MonFri; occasional weekends)

Compensation : $20 / hr base + eligibility for 10% commission on any donations you close / co-close + $40 / day team bonus when your van hits the 15-shop minimum route (or updated quota). OT per law.

What youll do

Drive safely : Operate a Sprinter-size van, follow the planned route, and ensure on-time arrival to at least 15 shops / day (or updated quota).

Manage logistics : Keep the van organized, track inventory (kits, signs, QR cards), and restock daily.

Support outreach : Join conversations, assist with kit placement, and help the Closer finalize contributions; step into pitching when needed.

Record & report : Confirm stops, capture photos / notes, and maintain basic vehicle logs.

What success looks like (KPIs)

Route completion and on-time performance, shop coverage / day, inventory accuracy, support contribution rate, safety / compliance.

You bring

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; confident handling a large van.

Reliability, safety mindset, and professionalism with store staff and customers.

Team player willing to pitch in on outreach; can lift ~25 lbs and be on your feet.

Basic tech comfort (navigation apps, mobile CRM).
