Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJohn Tillman Company, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our facility in Fairfield. This position will perform a variety of functions that may include, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. We seek to recruit and retain the right people who are passionate about our business, and we provide opportunities for our employees so that they may progress within our company based on their talents, experiences, and their aptitude.    Day Shift : Monday - Friday (overtime based on business need)Responsibilities : Pick customer orders as indicated on pick tickets and process in systemWrap and label pallets; load trucks as neededMay operate an industrial forkliftConduct bin walks as requested, checking empty binsAlign pallets in slots and level load slotsMaintain a clean, organized and safe work environmentAssist other warehouse workers in completing tasks as requested by the Warehouse Manager or immediate SupervisorRequirements : Previous warehouse operation experiencePrevious warehouse equipment experience preferredBasic computer skills; accuracy and efficiencyMust be dependable and a team playerMust be able to lift more than 40 lbs and frequent lifting on average of 20 to 45 lbsMust be able to work regularly at a height of up to 21 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment / processes / training)Strong attention to detailReliable and punctualSo, what are you waiting for?
