About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for IT Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This executive leadership role is pivotal in the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide information security and data protection program. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, program oversight, and ensuring the organization's security and compliance with regulatory mandates. This includes serving as the primary interface with the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, leading security and GRC teams, and fostering a security-first culture across all business units. The role demands a deep understanding of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and technical acumen in security operations, cloud security, and network security. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in information security, technology risk, or related executive leadership positions. Essential skills include executive leadership, GRC expertise, technical acumen, strategic communication, risk quantification, and operational execution. The SVP will also be responsible for managing the security of third-party and supply chain risks, and must have relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and leading security organizations, driving major compliance initiatives, and managing security within a complex, regulated environment.
