A growing organization in the Middlebury area is seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to support weekly payroll for a large, multi-site employee population. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed work, deadline-driven structure, and wants a path toward future leadership.

What You'll Do

• Process weekly payroll in ADP for hourly and salaried employees
• Review punches, correct errors, and validate piece-rate earnings
• Build and audit Excel imports (VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Ensure payroll accuracy through detailed preview checks
• Partner with managers to resolve attendance or timecard issues

What We're Looking For

Salary : $25-28 / hour
