Genesis Homes Development / Champion Homes Center, a Division of Champion Home Builders Inc. has an immediate opening for a Manufactured Housing Salesperson in San Antonio, TX. Champion Homes Center is a direct retailer for Champion Homes, the country's largest publicly held manufactured home producer. We seek a highly motivated, skilled individual with a proven track record of performance. A successful applicant would possess : honesty, high moral values, integrity, professionalism, and a high desire to succeed.

Previous successful experience in the factory-built housing industry is a must to be considered for this position. Must be able to provide a minimum of three-year successful track record of manufactured housing sales in a mountainous region and have the ability to perform site checks to determine home placement feasibility. This position is within a private property 50-lot development with spec homes available for immediate occupancy as well as a small model home center for sales into Texas. A proven track record of strong closing abilities is a must.

Job Requirements :

• Ability to work Saturdays, early evenings & some holidays (5 day work week)
