SIMOS Bilingual Seasonal Recruiter

Overview

As a Bilingual Seasonal Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume light industrial positions for SIMOS. This position will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by our clients. This role will manage inside processes of candidate applications and will also work within the community and with tools provided to attract and gain candidates needed to supply our customer needs through grassroots initiatives, networking, and fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
• Manage paperless recruiting operations
• Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns
• Participate in job fairs and community events
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure our internal systems are updated and compliance is met
• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates (Building networks within the community)
• Manage daily information and candidate data tracking, identify potential areas of improvement, provide information to the SIMOS Operations team, resolve problems, participate in meetings, and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction
• Relationship management includes handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations

Qualifications

Salary Range : $47,840 - $52,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
