Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Land Acquisition Specialist, located in Charleston, South Carolina. The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land parcels, conducting due diligence on potential properties, and building relationships with landowners. Responsibilities will include evaluating potential land acquisitions, rapport building, negotiating deals, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
