As a Retail Merchandiser Supervisor, you will provide essential in-store merchandising support. Your responsibilities will include creating eye-catching displays and end caps, ensuring proper product rotation on shelves, and monitoring inventory to maximize sales for both stores and suppliers. About You :

  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and management
  • At least 18 years old
  • Physically able to perform tasks involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience in leading and training team members
  • Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet for recording work after shifts
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Committed to maintaining a safety-first approach in retail settings
