Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Elon Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, FL. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will provide high-quality patient care in a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to identify changes in patient condition
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of respect and dignity
