Recruiter - Medical Practice

Description : Position Summary :

The Medical Practice Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals and administrative staff to support the operations of the medical practice. This role ensures the organization attracts and retains high-quality talent that aligns with the practices values, mission, and patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical positions (e.g., physicians, nurses, medical assistants, therapists, and administrative staff).
• Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, professional associations, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate candidate interviews with department leaders.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring documentation requirements.
• Coordinate background checks, reference verifications, and credentialing processes.
