Security Officer - Commercial Building - Full Time

As a Security Officer in Santa Monica, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal serving a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for all occupants and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the property. You will interact regularly with tenants, guests, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication as you address inquiries or concerns. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle in addition to walking rounds. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
