Service Engineer (Chicago / Elgin)

Are you a hands-on engineer who loves solving technical challenges and keeping cutting-edge machines performing at their best?

We're looking for a Service Engineer to join our team in the Chicago / Elgin, IL area.

After comprehensive training, you'll support Xeikon customers operating advanced digital color production presses across the U.S. You'll ensure optimal performance, deliver outstanding service, and help customers achieve top print quality and maximum uptime.

What You'll Do

• Provide on-site technical service and maintenance for Xeikon printing systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
• Offer remote support via phone and email when needed.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to analyze and resolve complex problems.
• Support machine installations and customer onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted technical partner.
