Business Development Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Business Development to oversee business development activities and drive growth in a designated region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage business development initiatives to expand networks of clinical research sites and medical centers

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders

Plan and execute market expansion strategies aligned with global objectives

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within clinical research, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors

Experience in Site Management Organization (SMO) with an international scope is preferred

Proven track record in building networks and driving business growth

Fluent in English (C1 level or higher); other languages are a plus

Experience in an international and cross-functional environment
