Arizona Licensed Patient Services Rep

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative Medical Assistant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and register patient appointments and manage patient inquiries

Process communication requests efficiently through various channels

Train new members on departmental processes and assist with patient referrals

Required Qualifications

Must reside in Arizona, Nevada, or Texas

High School diploma or equivalent

Two years of experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment or high-volume contact center

Medical Assistant Diploma or equivalent military training

Experience with computer systems, including office and web-based applications
